I'm a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Coach.

I help people to feel better in their body and physically prepare to do whatever it is they want to do.

FUNCTIONAL RANGE ASSESSMENT

Full-Body Joint Strength Assessment  

​

This is the full-body assessment

of the functioning of all major joints (including hips, spine, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles). It takes approximately 2 hours. 

​

After the Assessment, you will receive written notes for you to keep and a basic plan for your mobility home practice going forwards.

​

$300 includes 2 hour session and written notes and videos for guiding home practice
